I have written this basic ERM system to fill the need of organizing the management of our Electronic Resources at UW-La Crosse. You are welcome to use ERMes to suit your own needs. You are also welcome to change ERMes in any way to suit your local needs. I only ask that you don't re-distribute ERMes or ERMs based on ERMes to others. If you do make changes to ERMes, you should keep track of those changes so that you recreate those changes in any future release of ERMes. If you have suggestions, pass them along to me and I will try to accommodate and redistribute.
